About MilitaryHomeLink.com
The principal objective of MilitaryHomeLink.com is to provide military families with information including:

Military Relocation Information
MHL understands that relocation is an integral part of  Army living. The information contained in this link/site helps transitioning Army personnel and their families gain insight about their community prior to their move from their current installation. Having access to information about your next installation prior to your moving enables you to make decisions in advance.  Where does MHL service?  Check our service locations page for more information.

The Military Community
Forums: MHL knows that becoming part of your new community is always a challenge. We aim to assist you in this process by providing you with bulletin boards at 64 installations. Information on any subject you can imagine. Post questions and receive responses from Army families who currently live at your new destination. Start to make friends, acquaintances prior to your departure. Initiate becoming part of your new community while staying in touch with old friends from your old community!  Our forums are located at all our service locations.

Calendar: The Community Resources section allows Army families to learn about their surroundings using an upcoming calendar of events. Since you're part of the community, you have up to date information about what’s going on. The calendar is a tool at each installation for families to keep informed of multiple activities. For instance, it could be used to alert families about: sign up for kids athletic programs, social functions for adults, educational classes, etc.

Technologically Connected Home Study
The Technologically Connected Home study is a research project approved by the Department of Defense and conducted by Boston University. The study objective is to learn how web-based products and services currently and may in the future play a role on military installations.  For instance: Telemedicine, distant learning, Voice-over internet provider (phone), and consumer direct products and services will be provided to the participants' home. Army personnel and families will have the opportunity to access these products/services and provide feedback regarding their experiences. The research is currently being conducted at Fort Bragg, Fort Meade and Fort Hood.
